The short version

By using Atlas, you agree to use it responsibly. Atlas is your AI friend — not a tool for harm. We'll give you the service; you agree not to break things or hurt people.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
• One Atlas per account. No sharing logins.
• You must be 13 or older to use Atlas.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe or crypto.
• Cancel anytime — no refunds for partial months.
• Token top-ups are non-refundable once used.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Acceptable use

Atlas is for personal, productivity, and creative use. You agree not to use Atlas for:

• Generating harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Spamming, scamming, or harassing others.
• Circumventing rate limits or token caps.
• Reverse-engineering the Atlas agent itself.
