The short version

Atlas is built on a single principle: your data is yours.

• Atlas runs on its own server, dedicated to you.
• Your conversations are encrypted at rest and in transit.
• We never sell, share, or train on your data.
• You can delete everything — instantly — from your dashboard.

What we collect

We collect the minimum necessary to provide the service:

• Account data: email, payment method (handled by Stripe — we never see your card).
• Conversations with Atlas: stored encrypted on your dedicated server.
• Phone integration data: only what you explicitly grant (SMS, notifications, accessibility). You can revoke anytime.
• Usage metadata: token counts, response times — to bill you and improve Atlas.

What we never do

• We never sell your data to third parties.
• We never use your conversations to train any AI model.
• We never share your conversations with advertisers.
• We never read your conversations unless you explicitly ask us to (e.g., for support).
